🍗 Okihomi Dust Chicken (Exclusive Recipe)
Ingredients
2–3 chicken breasts (about 1 ½ lbs total)
2 tbsp Okihomi Dust
1 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
½ tsp salt (optional, adjust to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Prep the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Place on a cutting board or plate.Season
Rub both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle Okihomi Dust evenly over the chicken, pressing lightly so it sticks. Add salt + pepper if desired.Cook
Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F). Cook 6–7 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Skillet: Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 6–8 minutes per side.
Oven: Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, depending on thickness.
Rest + Serve
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with herbs if desired.
