Dust Sheet Pan Chicken, Potatoes & Green Beans

Okihomi Dust is now available for purchase.

Weeknight cooking doesn’t have to be complicated.

At Okihomi, we believe dinner should be about feeding your family well without piling more stress onto an already full day. After laundry, errands, school pickups, and helping kids with homework, sometimes you just need something hearty, simple, and full of flavor to bring everyone to the table.

That’s where this Dust Sheet-Pan Dinner comes in.

With just a few ingredients — chicken thighs, potatoes, and green beans — everything roasts together on one pan, seasoned with Okihomi Dust. The result? Crispy skin, tender potatoes, and blistered beans, all with the smoky-sweet flavor that makes Okihomi Dust a staple in our kitchen.

It’s real food, cooked the right way. Because you can’t trademark flavor… but we damn sure tried.

The Recipe

Serves: 6–8
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 12–14 bone-in chicken thighs (about 5–6 lb)

  • 3 lb baby red potatoes, halved

  • 2 lb green beans, trimmed

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

  • 3 Tbsp Okihomi Dust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with foil for easy cleanup.

  2. Toss potatoes and green beans with olive oil and half of the Okihomi Dust. Spread evenly on the sheet pan.

  3. Season chicken thighs with the remaining Dust. Place on the pan, skin-side up, spacing evenly.

  4. Roast for 35–40 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F internal temp and potatoes are fork-tender.

  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Okihomi Notes

  • Family-Style Serving: Place the whole pan on the table and let everyone scoop.

  • Optional Finish: A light squeeze of lemon just before serving brightens everything up.

  • Make It Yours: Swap green beans for carrots, Brussels sprouts, or squash, depending on the season.

This is what Okihomi is all about — simple food, bold flavor, and family at the table. One pan. Real flavor. Family fed.

The Okihomi Promise: No shortcuts. No fillers. Just flavor.
